Bold tropical notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapple introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. Floral aromas complement the refreshing flavors. Partial sur lie aging in neutral barrels results in texture and complexity in the final wine. Golden pear, ripe peach and light cement aromas show on the nose. There is a kiss of sweet oak on the palate, where roasted apple and yellow-peach flavors also arise.
