The South of France and especially the area around the Mediterranean coast, is famous for its oysters and its vineyards. The wine is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, which is an emblematic grape from the South of France and goes perfectly well with oysters and grilled fishes. The Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by its attractive citrus, and sometimes menthol, aromas and is nicely rounded on the palate. Aging of a part of the wine in oak barrels gives structure and a lengthy mouthfeel.
